Whether it’s a routine journey or a complex medical repatriation, we deliver hospital-level care on the move, giving insurance companies and private clients complete peace of mind.

No Travel Insurance?

MET Medical can assist even if you have no travel insurance, providing clear guidance and support at every stage. We’ll assign you a dedicated clinician who will oversee the entire repatriation, ensuring your medical needs are managed safely and professionally. From arranging travel and equipment to coordinating care, we offer a seamless, compassionate service so you’re never on your own.

Do I need an air ambulance?

Not everyone needs an air ambulance for medical repatriation. On some routes, it’s possible to arrange a stretcher transfer on a commercial flight, which can be a safe and cost-effective option. However, eligibility depends on several factors, including the effects of altitude on certain medical conditions. In most cases, if a patient is not fit to travel on a commercial aircraft, they can still be safely transferred by air ambulance, with full medical support throughout the journey.
