It can be incredibly daunting to have fallen sick or injured abroad. If you have travel insurance your first call should be to the medical assistance number provided by your insurance company. International Repatriation by Air Ambulance

We carry out international flights by air ambulance. Air ambulances are suited for even the sickest of patients. There are very few patients too sick to fly. Our aircrafts are equipped to carry out intensive care transfers where patients are ventilated. All of our staff have additional training as flight paramedics and nurses or doctors.

If you aren’t sure how best to travel we will provide you with support and advice as to both the most cost-effective solution considering safety at all times and the fastest or most comfortable.

We also provide bluelight ground ambulance transfers to insurance companies who have international aircrafts flying into any of the London Airports. Our unique location puts us around 30-45 minutes from almost all of the main London Airport.

Repatriation by Private Jet

Not everyone necessarily requires and air ambulance and we have an extensive network with private jet operators. We can dispatch a medical team to meet you and assist you on a corporate jet or your own aircraft. We also supply paramedics ‘just in case’ if you are travelling with vulnerable relatives or in a remote location. We have experience operating at sea and in the sky, supplying paramedics and doctors for trips on private yachts.

We are fully equipped with a range of flight approved medical devices including 12-lead ECG, patient monitors, oxygen concentrators and patient handling. All of our medical teams have a comprehensive medication bag with intravenous fluids, antibiotics, strong pain killers and emergency medication.

Repatriation via Commercial Airline

If you have recently recovered from an injury or illness you will need a fit to fly letter. In some cases passengers will have some medical needs and will require a medical escort but to not need an air ambulance. Alternatively, for long-haul flights, a patient may need to be repatriated on a stretcher on a commercial flight if they are unable to sit up during take-off and landing. We will look over patient notes and let you know about the suitability of flying via commercial flight. As well as providing medical escorts we undertake medical clearance for the airline and arrange special assistance.
