Hello! We’re MET Medical. We are on a mission to be the very best ambulance provider in the UK. We provide ambulances for the NHS on a daily basis, for hundreds of events, TV and we also support private patients. We are led by registered paramedics and are highly capable at moving those with limited mobility or complex medical needs from A to B. Our biggest unique feature is that we are a family business, we care about all of our extended family and that helps us ensure they take care of you like you are a family member too. We are open for busines during the Covid19 crisis.
We are based in St Albans and provide national services for large events and long distance transport. We carry out local short journeys in Hertfordshire, London and the surrounding counties for both private patients and many NHS Trusts. We also occasionally venture out of the UK to help people who are unwell abroad and to support other UK based companies around Europe.

We were founded by Registered Paramedics and we’re led by Registered Paramedics supported by a Consultant A&E Medical Director who flies in helicopters and advises some quite big organisations including a regional NHS ambulance service.

Our UK Headquarters is located in St Albans, Hertfordshire, just a couple of minutes from the M25, M1 and A1(M) motorways giving us fast response times to London and the surrounding counties. We work extensively with all of the NHS hospitals in Hertfordshire and have close links with those specialist centres in London both NHS and private.
