Our team is well-versed in attending Safety Advisory Group (SAG) meetings when necessary, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination. We have good relationships with lots of authorities many of whom have worked with us directly our involvement often give assurances in itself.
Following the last set of changes to the medical chapter in The Purple Guide, we have developed our own extensive risk assessment to assess each event and support and justify the medical cover in place. We aren’t in the business of selling you what you don’t need, we will however identify any areas of risk or concern.
During and After any festival, we provide you with detailed reports that outline the medical provision and any incidents that occurred and we arrange a debrief to get your feedback on what well and if there is any learning for future events. We also share learning from all our clients so there might be lessons learnt from another festival that could help prevent an incident in the future.
Technology & Innovation
Our festival medical tents at large events are well designed, set up like hospital emergency departments and well-equipped. We use a control room software for command control enabling us to log jobs and dispatch crews. We can operated independently of wifi if required as we have our own extensive supply of starlink devices and long range access points. We work on electronic patient records which combined with our control software gives us a range of live dashboards to monitor trends, patient flow and ensure incidents are all responded to.
