Perhaps you bought your travel insurance in another country to the one you reside in. Underwriters may be willing to take you somewhere but not home, maybe you are not covered due to alcohol toxicity or an uninsured sporting accident. Perhaps you are an expat who moved abroad and now need to get back to the UK for longer term medical treatment.

Irrespective of the cause for need, we will work with you or your family in order to provide the most suitable transfer option. Our services include: gaining medical clearance and liaising with international hospitals, translating medical notes, providing medical escorts for seated or stretcher transfers by commercial airline, air ambulance charter with our own medical team consisting of our own Doctors, Nurses or Paramedics; providing UK ground ambulance transfers using our UK fleet of ambulances and international ground ambulance provision through approved partners.

We pride ourselves in offering a caring service from start to finish. We will review all possible options and liaise with you. We will assist in travel arrangements for friends and family and we will send our own friendly staff to collect you or your family member.
