International Medical Repatriation by Road or Air

Perhaps you have been unfortunate enough to have had an accident or fallen ill in a foreign country. We are experienced and insured to provide all kinds of medical repatriations for patients with injuries which prevent them sitting upright through to patients who require an intensive care team.

We have been regularly tasked to repatriate patients by road who do not have medical insurance in Europe. We recommend you have adequate insurance before you travel, but should you get stuck we can find the most appropriate solution with options such as a road transfer.

We also have a partnership with an aircraft provider so should air travel be preferred,  or the only logistical solution, we can send out our medical team to you by private aircraft in order to get you home. We communicate with receiving hospitals or hospices and can update family for those who are returning directly to home.

We have a team of linguists on standby should we need to speak to a treating Doctor or Nurse who doesn’t speak English and we work with insurance companies as well as private individuals. Our UK infrastructure makes us an ideal partner for insurers requiring ground transfers in the UK. 

We know that when  you have been stuck in a foreign hospital you just want to get home as quickly as possible and we are able to mobilise at very short notice. Once we receive your call our logistics team will come up with a range of options, once decisions are made we can have teams on the way to you in as little as 4hours, depending on availability. For long distance transfers outside of Europe we can provide either private flights using a Learjet or partner with commercial airlines on some routes.
