We provide both UK and international ambulance transfers by road. Our domestic services range can be anything from moving care home a few miles away or moving the length of the UK. We also carry out road transfers for repatriation to and from Europe.
Private Ambulance Transfers by Road

We are one of a handful of services that have the clinical capability of being a 999 ambulance service, operating non-emergency patient transport, and having a specialist team and well-proven processes for private patient transfers. This enables things like the administration of medication en route, the meeting of more complex nursing needs, or, in some cases, just seamlessly transferring people from A to B.

A long journey if you are unwell or have any issues with mobility or positioning is a bit like a hospital stay. Being looked after nicely is often as good medicine as the treatment itself. Some journeys we undertake don’t always necessarily need an ambulance for a medical reason. In the case of some of our care home journeys, it could even be possible to do the job yourself, but it’s a bit like moving house sometimes it’s easier to get the experts in who do this every day.

Repatriation by Air
Not all journeys can take place by road. Sometimes this is due to distance but it may also be due to clinical need.
We have flight Paramedics in our repatriation team and carry out international flights, via air ambulance, commercial flights and corporate jet.
We provide comprehensive medical support tailored to each individual patient's needs. Our highly skilled team of paramedics, doctors, and nurses ensure that patients receive the highest level of care during their air transportation. We charter both corporate and medical aircrafts from approved partners. We also provide standby paramedics for long journeys or travel.
In addition to our air ambulance services, we offer blue light ground transfers for insurance companies coordinating international aircraft arrivals at any of the London Airports or Midlands airports. Our strategic location allows us to reach these airports within approximately 30-60 minutes, ensuring swift and efficient transfers.
For those considering an alternative to air ambulance repatriation, we provide the option of returning on a commercial flight with a dedicated medical escort. Our paramedics or nurses can accompany you on the journey, offering essential medical support throughout. Our operations team takes care of arranging medical clearance with the airline and, if necessary, in-flight oxygen to ensure a smooth and safe trip.

Air Ambulance Aircraft Charter
We have a fleet of ambulances including blue light vehicles, however, we find it most cost effective to charter air ambulances each time we use them. Our network of airlines means we are often able to get preferable rates.
It should be noted all patients are suitable for road ambulance transfer over long distances.

Please note outside office hours our call handing team will ask you some basic questions about your journey. This helps us prioritise calling you back. A clinician will call you and take a medical history. We will then put together some options for you and our ops team will get to work. From arranging an aircraft to arranging a hospital admission. We will also have your medical notes translated into English if they are in another language.
