We believe urgent care is best delivered in the home, however, sometimes there is simply no other option than attending a hospital. We’re aiming to bring more and more care to the door. We’re investing in state-of-the-art equipment.

We have agreements in place with private hospitals and can transfer to a number in the region for those who are self-funded or have insurance. We will also convey to the nearest A&E or specialist unit if needed.

Additional hospital transfers in each 12-month period are available via our ad-hoc service which members receive at a discounted rate.
