We aim to treat all patients in their home as much as is possible and safe. In the event that you require hospitalisation the cost of the transfer is additional. All members receive a 50% discount off transfers following a call-out.  You can sign up to the Ambulance Add-On to cover a single trip to A&E or a private hospital, which includes unlimited waiting or handover delays.
